Wholesale only works when the logistics are boring. Here is exactly what happens between your order and your shelf.

Where we ship

All EU countries. Your order leaves our Vienna warehouse already imported, CPNP-registered and EU-labelled — so nothing waits at customs and no paperwork lands on your desk.

Switzerland, the UK and Norway are possible on request. Tell us before you order and we will quote the route.

Dispatch and delivery

We pick and dispatch 1–2 working days after payment, by tracked courier. Austria and Germany usually see the parcel one or two working days later; the rest of the EU takes two to five.

Tracking goes out to you the moment the parcel leaves the warehouse.

Shipping costs

Calculated from destination and weight, shown at checkout before you commit, and listed as a separate line on the invoice. What you see at checkout is what the invoice says.

Payment

First order: prepayment by SEPA transfer. Payment stays prepayment by bank transfer. Add your PO number at checkout and it carries through to the invoice.

Prices are net wholesale. With a valid EU VAT ID we invoice reverse-charge at 0% Austrian VAT; Austrian businesses are invoiced at 20%.

Every invoice is paid by SEPA transfer to this account, and only this one. If any message ever names a different account, do not pay and write to hello@theglowtrade.com.

We dispatch once the transfer has cleared, usually within one to two working days of payment.

Damages and shortages

If something arrives broken, missing or wrong, tell us when you book in the delivery. We replace it or credit it — no claim forms, no debate.

Minimum order

€500 per order — first order and every reorder. No annual commitment, no contract, no pressure to overbuy. Order what sells, and come back when it has.
