The Glow Trade is a Korean cosmetics wholesale business based in Vienna. Our Vienna warehouse holds more than 85 Korean brands and over 2,700 products in stock. We also run our own K-beauty stores in Vienna, so the range we supply to trade customers is the same range we sell on our own shelves.

We supply retailers, beauty studios, pharmacies and online shops in Hungary. With a trade account you order at net trade prices, and we send your goods from Vienna to Hungary as a tracked DPD parcel.

Trade terms

Our terms are simple, so you can plan your orders with confidence:

    Net trade prices, visible once your trade account is approved.

VAT and invoicing in Hungary

The standard VAT rate in Hungary is 27% (source: Your Europe). As we ship from Austria, a sale to your business is an intra-EU B2B supply.

With a valid EU VAT number, your invoice carries 0% Austrian VAT under the reverse charge, in line with Article 138 of Directive 2006/112/EC. This means no Austrian VAT is shown on the invoice. Please discuss the details of VAT treatment in Hungary with your tax adviser.

Shipping to Hungary

Hungary is in shipping zone 3: Central EU. The shipping cost depends on parcel weight:

  • DPD Standard, up to 3 kg: €17.00
  • DPD Standard, up to 5 kg: €17.50
  • DPD Standard, up to 10 kg: €18.00
  • DPD Standard, up to 15 kg: €19.50
  • DPD Standard, up to 20 kg: €21.50
  • DPD Standard, up to 25 kg: €22.50

Shipping is free for orders from €1,000. We dispatch your order 1 to 2 working days after payment, as a tracked DPD parcel from Vienna.

Labels, CPNP and the Responsible Person

Every cosmetic product sold in the EU needs a CPNP notification and an EU Responsible Person. All stock at The Glow Trade is CPNP-registered and EU-labelled.

In Hungary, Government Decree 246/2013. (VII. 2.) on cosmetic products, together with Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009, requires specified label particulars in Hungarian for products marketed in Hungary. We add Hungarian labels free of charge with your first order.

How ordering works

    Put together an order of at least €500 and pay by bank transfer.

  4. Dispatch

    We send your order from Vienna as a tracked DPD parcel within 1 to 2 working days after payment.

What is the minimum order?

The minimum order is €500.

Are the products CPNP-registered and EU-labelled?

Yes, all our stock is CPNP-registered and EU-labelled. For products marketed in Hungary, Government Decree 246/2013. (VII. 2.) requires specified label particulars in Hungarian. We add Hungarian labels free of charge with your first order.
