FAQ: Korean skincare wholesale.
What's the minimum order?
€500 per order, and that applies to reorders too. Free shipping from €1.000 net. There is no annual commitment, no fixed interval and no contract to sign.
Is there a minimum quantity per product?
No. The €500 minimum is your order total. Order single units and mix brands and products freely — no per-product quantities, no bulk rules, no franchise-style commitments.
Where does the stock ship from?
Our warehouse in Vienna. Everything is imported already, CPNP-registered and EU-labelled, so nothing waits at a border and you handle no customs paperwork.
How fast will I have it?
We pick and dispatch 1–2 working days after payment, by tracked courier. Austria and Germany are usually next working day after dispatch.
Are the products authentic?
Yes. The stock you order ships from our own Vienna warehouse and is retailed in our own stores in Vienna — we sell what we ship. Every order comes with the paperwork resale requires: CPNP references, INCI lists, EU Responsible Person details and an itemised invoice.
When do I see wholesale prices?
As soon as your trade account is approved, which takes one to two working days. We don't publish an open price list, because that protects your margin as much as ours.
What are the payment terms?
Prepayment by bank transfer. A pro forma invoice goes out with every order; stock is reserved once payment arrives.
How do you handle expiry dates and damages?
We manage expiry actively, so near-dated stock never goes into a wholesale order. Anything damaged or wrongly delivered is replaced or credited.
Do you ship outside the EU?
The catalogue ships EU-wide as standard. The UK, Switzerland and Norway are available on request: those orders ship DAP, so local import duties and VAT are due on arrival — we tell you what to expect before you order, no surprises.
Do you supply Korean makeup wholesale as well as skincare?
Yes. Skincare is the bulk of what moves in Europe, but cushions, tints, tone-up creams and suncare come from the same brands, on the same order and the same invoice.
Can I order bulk skincare for several locations?
Yes. Chains and multi-site retailers get volume pricing and a supply schedule they can plan around, out of Vienna, instead of one order per branch.
