VAT and invoicing for Poland

The standard VAT rate in Poland is 23%. We ship from Austria, so a sale to a business in Poland is an intra-EU B2B supply.

If you provide a valid EU VAT number, your invoice carries 0% Austrian VAT under the reverse charge mechanism (Directive 2006/112/EC, Article 138). You then account for VAT in Poland. Please discuss the details of your VAT treatment with your tax adviser.

Shipping to Poland

Every order leaves Vienna as a tracked DPD parcel. Poland is in our shipping zone 4, and the cost depends on parcel weight:

  • DPD Standard up to 3 kg: €22.50
  • DPD Standard up to 5 kg: €24.00
  • DPD Standard up to 10 kg: €25.00
  • DPD Standard up to 15 kg: €26.00
  • DPD Standard up to 20 kg: €27.00
  • DPD Standard up to 25 kg: €28.00

Shipping is free on orders from €1,000. We dispatch within 1 to 2 working days after payment, and the tracking number lets you follow your parcel.

Labels, CPNP and the Responsible Person

Every cosmetic product in the EU needs a CPNP notification and an EU Responsible Person. Our stock is CPNP-registered and EU-labelled.

Poland has a Polish-language labelling rule. According to the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate (Główny Inspektorat Sanitarny, GIS), cosmetic products made available in Poland are labelled in Polish, on the outer packaging and on the container. Market surveillance is carried out by GIS together with the Trade Inspection (Państwowa Inspekcja Handlowa). We add Polish labels free of charge with your first order.

How ordering works

    Open a trade account through our application form.

  2. Approval

    Once your account is approved, net trade prices appear in the catalogue.

  3. Order and pay

    Place an order of at least €500 and pay by bank transfer.

  4. Dispatch

    Within 1 to 2 working days after payment, we send a tracked DPD parcel from Vienna.
