VAT and invoicing in Cyprus

The standard VAT rate in Cyprus is 19%. Our deliveries from Austria to Cyprus are intra-EU B2B supplies.

With a valid EU VAT number, your invoice carries 0% Austrian VAT under the reverse charge (Directive 2006/112/EC, Article 138). In practice, you receive an invoice without Austrian VAT, and the VAT is accounted for on your side in Cyprus. Please include your VAT number in your application. For the VAT treatment in your own business, please speak to your tax adviser.

Shipping to Cyprus

Cyprus is in our shipping zone 7: Iberia, Greece and islands. We ship with DPD Standard at these rates:

  • DPD Standard, up to 3 kg: €55.50
  • DPD Standard, up to 5 kg: €56.50
  • DPD Standard, up to 10 kg: €58.50
  • DPD Standard, up to 15 kg: €59.50
  • DPD Standard, up to 20 kg: €60.50

Shipping is free for orders from €1,000. Your order leaves Vienna 1 to 2 working days after payment as a tracked DPD parcel.

Labels, CPNP and the Responsible Person

Every cosmetic product in the EU needs a CPNP notification and an EU Responsible Person. The Glow Trade's stock is CPNP-registered and EU-labelled.

The competent authority in Cyprus is the Pharmaceutical Services of the Ministry of Health (Cosmetics Department). We add Greek labels free of charge with your first order.
