Labels, CPNP and the Responsible Person

Every cosmetic product sold in the EU needs a CPNP notification and an EU Responsible Person. The Glow Trade's stock is CPNP-registered and EU-labelled.

Denmark has an additional language rule: under the Danish Cosmetic Products Executive Order (Kosmetikbekendtgørelsen), the mandatory label information required by Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 must be in Danish. The competent authority is Miljøstyrelsen, the Danish Environmental Protection Agency. We add Danish labels free of charge with your first order.
