We are a wholesaler and stockist, which means you order from goods we already hold in Vienna, and you can combine products from many brands in a single order to reach the minimum.

VAT and invoicing for Latvia

The standard VAT rate in Latvia is 21%. Our deliveries to Latvia are intra-EU business supplies from Austria. If you have a valid EU VAT number, your invoice carries 0% Austrian VAT under the reverse charge (Directive 2006/112/EC, Art. 138).

Please make sure the VAT number you give us when you apply is valid and matches your business details, as it appears on every invoice. For questions about how the reverse charge is recorded in your own accounts, or about any other VAT situation, please speak with your tax adviser before you order.

Shipping to Latvia

Latvia is in our shipping zone 6: Baltics and Ireland. Orders travel as tracked DPD parcels from Vienna, at the following rates:

  • DPD Standard, up to 5 kg: €41.00
  • DPD Standard, up to 10 kg: €42.00
  • DPD Standard, up to 15 kg: €43.00
  • DPD Standard, up to 20 kg: €44.00
  • DPD Standard, up to 25 kg: €44.50

Shipping is free for orders from €1,000. We dispatch within 1 to 2 working days after your payment has arrived, and you receive a DPD tracking link so you can follow the parcel to your door.

Labels, CPNP and the Responsible Person

Every cosmetic product sold in the EU needs a CPNP notification and an EU Responsible Person. The stock we sell is CPNP-registered and EU-labelled, so you are buying products that are already prepared for the EU market.

The competent authority in Latvia is the Veselības inspekcija (VI), the Health Inspectorate, which acts through its Chemistry and Cosmetics unit. Its guidance on labelling is published at vi.gov.lv. We add Latvian labels free of charge with your first order.
