Our trade terms

As the entire range is held at our warehouse in Vienna, you put your order together from a single stock and receive your goods in one shipment.

VAT and invoicing in Austria

The standard VAT rate in Austria is 20%. As we ship from Vienna, orders from Austria are domestic supplies: your invoice therefore carries 20% Austrian VAT.

The reverse charge mechanism applies only to buyers in other EU countries. For trade customers in Austria, VAT is always shown on the invoice, even if you hold a VAT identification number.

Shipping to Austria

Within Austria (shipping zone 1) we ship with DPD Standard. Shipping costs depend on the weight of your parcel:

  • DPD Standard up to 3 kg: €5.00
  • DPD Standard up to 5 kg: €6.00
  • DPD Standard up to 10 kg: €7.00
  • DPD Standard up to 15 kg: €7.50
  • DPD Standard up to 20 kg: €8.50
  • DPD Standard up to 25 kg: €9.50

Shipping within Austria is free for orders from €1,000.

Your order leaves our warehouse in Vienna 1 to 2 working days after payment, as a tracked DPD parcel.

Labels, CPNP and the Responsible Person

Every cosmetic product offered in the EU needs a notification in the EU's CPNP portal and an EU Responsible Person. Our stock is CPNP-registered and EU-labelled.

In Austria, one further point applies: before making a cosmetic product available on the market, a trader checks that the labelling is in German. This is set out by the Austrian federal ministry responsible for health on its consumer-health portal, verbrauchergesundheit.gv.at. Every pack already carries the mandatory label information in German.

What is the minimum order?

The minimum order is €500 per order. For orders from €1,000, shipping within Austria is free.

Are the products CPNP-registered and EU-labelled?

Yes, our stock is CPNP-registered and EU-labelled. Every pack already carries the mandatory label information in German.

How is VAT invoiced?

For deliveries within Austria, the invoice carries 20% Austrian VAT. Reverse charge applies only to buyers in other EU countries.

How much is shipping and how long does it take?

DPD Standard shipping costs between €5.00 (up to 3 kg) and €9.50 (up to 25 kg) depending on weight, and it is free for orders from €1,000. We dispatch from Vienna 1 to 2 working days after payment, with tracking.

How does the trade account work?

You apply through our application form, and once approved you can see our net trade prices and place orders. Payment is by bank transfer.
