Trade terms for Estonian businesses

VAT and invoicing for Estonia

The standard VAT rate in Estonia is 24%. Because we ship from Austria, orders from Estonian businesses are intra-EU B2B supplies.

With a valid EU VAT number, your invoice carries 0% Austrian VAT under the reverse charge (Directive 2006/112/EC, Article 138). Please include your EU VAT number when you apply for your trade account, and speak to your tax adviser about how these purchases are declared in Estonia.

Estonia is in our Zone 6: Baltics and Ireland. Orders travel as tracked DPD Standard parcels from Vienna at the following rates:

Labels, CPNP and the Responsible Person

Every cosmetic product placed on the EU market needs a CPNP notification and an EU Responsible Person. The stock we sell is CPNP-registered and EU-labelled.

The competent authority for cosmetics supervision in Estonia is Terviseamet (Health Board). We add Estonian labels free of charge with your first order.
