The Glow Trade is a Korean cosmetics wholesale business based in Vienna. We keep more than 2,700 products from over 85 Korean brands in stock, ready to ship from Vienna. We also run our own K-beauty stores in Vienna, so we work with these products every day on the shop floor as well.

In Italy we supply retailers, beauty studios, pharmacies and online shops that want to add Korean skincare to their range. You order from a single stockist with net trade prices, an intra-EU invoice and tracked DPD shipping to your premises.

Trade terms

Our terms are simple and apply to all trade customers in Italy:

  1. Minimum order

    500 € per order.

  2. Prices

    Net trade prices, visible once your trade account has been approved.

  3. Payment

    Bank transfer.

  4. Range

    More than 85 Korean brands and over 2,700 products in stock in Vienna.

You are welcome to combine products from different brands in the same order, as long as it reaches the 500 € minimum.

VAT and invoicing for Italy

The standard VAT rate in Italy is 22% (source: Your Europe, VAT rates). The Glow Trade ships from Austria, so supplies to Italian businesses are intra-EU B2B supplies.

With a valid EU VAT number, your invoice carries 0% Austrian VAT: the reverse charge applies under Article 138 of Directive 2006/112/EC. For any questions about how this is handled in your own accounts, please speak to your tax adviser.

Shipping to Italy

Italy is in our shipping zone 4 (Western & Nordic). We ship with DPD Standard, and the cost depends on the parcel weight:

  • DPD Standard, up to 3 kg: 22.50 €
  • DPD Standard, up to 5 kg: 24.00 €
  • DPD Standard, up to 10 kg: 25.00 €
  • DPD Standard, up to 15 kg: 26.00 €
  • DPD Standard, up to 20 kg: 27.00 €
  • DPD Standard, up to 25 kg: 28.00 €

Shipping is free for orders from 1,000 €. We dispatch 1 to 2 working days after receiving payment, as a tracked DPD parcel from Vienna, so you can follow your delivery at any time.

Labels, CPNP and the Responsible Person

Every cosmetic product placed on the EU market needs a CPNP notification and an EU Responsible Person. The Glow Trade's stock is CPNP-registered and EU-labelled.

For Italy, the rule set out by the Ministero della Salute (Italian Ministry of Health) is that products placed on the Italian market carry the label in Italian. On a multilingual label, the particulars of Article 19(1)(b), (c), (d) and (f) must also appear in Italian. For details, see the Ministry of Health page on cosmetics labelling. We add Italian labels free of charge with your first order.
