VAT and invoicing for Slovenia

Labels, CPNP and the Responsible Person

Every cosmetic product placed on the EU market needs a CPNP notification and an EU Responsible Person. Our stock is CPNP-registered and EU-labelled, so the products you buy from us already meet these EU requirements.

The competent authority in Slovenia is the Urad RS za kemikalije (Slovenian Office of Chemicals), which works under the Ministrstvo za zdravje (Ministry of Health). The Office publishes information on cosmetic products on its website. We add Slovenian labels free of charge with your first order.
