VAT and invoicing for businesses in Malta

The standard VAT rate in Malta is 18%. Our deliveries to Malta are intra-EU B2B supplies from Austria. If you have a valid EU VAT number, your invoice carries 0% Austrian VAT under the reverse charge (Article 138 of Directive 2006/112/EC).

Labels, CPNP and the Responsible Person

Every cosmetic product placed on the EU market needs a CPNP notification and an EU Responsible Person. The stock we supply is CPNP-registered and EU-labelled, so the products you receive already carry the notification and EU labelling.

The competent authority in Malta is the MCCAA (Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority). We add English labels free of charge with your first order.
