VAT and invoicing for Luxembourg

The standard VAT rate in Luxembourg is 17%. Our goods ship from Austria, so your orders are intra-EU supplies between businesses.

Labels, CPNP and the Responsible Person

In the European Union, every cosmetic product needs a CPNP notification and an EU Responsible Person. The Glow Trade's stock is CPNP-registered and labelled for the EU market.

In Luxembourg, labels must be in at least one of the country's official languages: French, German or Luxembourgish. The competent authority is the Direction de la santé, part of the Ministry of Health and Social Security. Every pack already carries the mandatory label information in German, and if you prefer French, we add French labels free of charge with your first order.
