We also run our own K-beauty stores in Vienna, so we know the range from the perspective of those who sell it directly to end customers.

In Portugal, we supply shops, beauty studios, pharmacies and online shops that want to add Korean skincare to their range. All our stock is CPNP-registered and EU-labelled, and every order leaves Vienna as a tracked DPD parcel.

VAT and invoicing for Portugal

The standard VAT rate in Portugal is 23%. Sales from The Glow Trade to Portuguese businesses are intra-EU B2B supplies from Austria.

With a valid EU VAT number, your invoice carries 0 % Austrian VAT under the reverse charge mechanism (Directive 2006/112/EC, Article 138). For how these invoices are treated in your own accounts, please speak to your accountant.

Shipping to Portugal

Portugal is in our Zone 7: Iberia, Greece and islands. Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order:

Shipping is free on orders from 1,000 €. Orders are dispatched 1 to 2 working days after payment is received, as a tracked DPD parcel from Vienna.

Labels, CPNP and the Responsible Person

Every cosmetic product placed on the EU market needs a CPNP notification and an EU Responsible Person. The Glow Trade's stock is CPNP-registered and EU-labelled.

In Portugal, Article 10 of Decreto-Lei n.º 23/2025 of 19 March, which implements Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009, requires the particulars listed in Article 19(1)(b), (c), (d) and (f) to appear in Portuguese on the container, packaging, leaflets or labels. The competent authority is INFARMED, I.P., the National Authority of Medicines and Health Products. We add Portuguese labels free of charge with your first order.

What is the minimum order?

Yes. All of The Glow Trade's stock is CPNP-registered and EU-labelled. We add Portuguese labels free of charge with your first order.

How is VAT invoiced?

With a valid EU VAT number, the invoice carries 0 % Austrian VAT under the reverse charge set out in Article 138 of Directive 2006/112/EC.

How much is shipping and how long does it take?

To Portugal, shipping ranges from 55.50 € (up to 3 kg) to 62.00 € (up to 25 kg), and it is free from 1,000 €. We dispatch 1 to 2 working days after payment, by tracked DPD.

How does the trade account work?

You apply online and, once approved, you can see net trade prices and place orders. Payment is by bank transfer.
