The SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Poremizing Clear Toner is an exfoliating toner designed for oily and combination skin. It combines mineral-rich Pink Salt with the 4-HA Complex (AHA, BHA, PHA, and LHA) to help gently exfoliate, refine skin texture, and remove excess sebum and impurities.

After cleansing, apply a moderate amount of toner and spread evenly on the skin. Let absorb.
