A creamy, milky-textured nourishing toner that rebuilds dry, depleted skin with 11,700 ppm of fermented black soybean extract, ceramide NP, and three types of hyaluronic acid for instant and lasting moisture.

After cleansing, dispense a sufficient amount into your palms or onto a cotton pad and smooth across the face and neck. Gently pat with your fingertips to encourage full absorption of the milky essence. Follow with serum, eye cream, and moisturizer. Best used both morning and evening as the first hydrating step of your routine.
