TOCOBO wholesale for EU trade buyers

The minimum order is EUR 500 per order. Brands and single units can be mixed freely in one order: there is no minimum per brand, no minimum per product, no case packs and no contract. You can build an order around a few TOCOBO lines and fill the rest from our wider catalogue of 2,700+ products in stock in Vienna.

If you want to test TOCOBO before committing to a larger range, order single units within the EUR 500 minimum. We do not send free samples.

Net trade prices show on every product once your trade account is approved. Approval takes 1 to 2 working days.

Every order is paid in advance by SEPA bank transfer. Your invoice arrives by email after checkout with the amount due, a payment reference and a QR code for your banking app. Pay within 5 business days and we dispatch 1 to 2 working days after the payment arrives.

With a valid EU VAT number, your invoice carries 0% Austrian VAT under the reverse charge. Please give your VAT number in the application.

We ship to all 27 EU countries as a tracked DPD parcel from Vienna. The rate depends on the zone and the parcel weight, and shipping is free from EUR 1,000.

Orders are dispatched 1 to 2 working days after payment. Austria and Germany usually receive the parcel one or two working days later, the rest of the EU two to five. For a fixed launch date, order at least two weeks ahead so the bank transfer and the delivery both fit comfortably.

If something arrives damaged, missing or wrong, tell us when you book in the delivery, ideally with a photo, at hello@theglowtrade.com. We replace the item or credit it, with no claim forms.

Every cosmetic product sold in the EU needs an EU CPNP notification and an EU Responsible Person. Our stock is CPNP registered and EU labelled, with German particulars on every pack. Responsible Person and CPNP details per product are available on request.

Labels in your language are added free of charge on your first order. Spanish labels are always free of charge.

You can sell TOCOBO products on Amazon or other marketplaces, with no restriction from us. Amazon Transparency codes come only from the brand owner, so no wholesaler can supply them.

Ready to stock TOCOBO? Apply for a trade account with your company details and EU VAT number. Once approved, usually within 1 to 2 working days, you see net trade prices on every product and can place your first order from EUR 500.
