S.NATURE wholesale is open to trade buyers across the European Union through The Glow Trade in Vienna, Austria. Retailers, beauty studios, pharmacies and online shops can order S.NATURE from stock in Vienna, mix it freely with more than 85 other Korean brands and receive a tracked DPD parcel in any of the 27 EU countries. Order terms for trade buyers

  1. Minimum order

    EUR 500 per order, mixed freely across brands.

  2. No minimum per brand

    Brands and single units can be mixed freely in one order, with no contract and no case packs.

  3. Prices

    Net trade prices, visible on every product after your trade account is approved.

  4. Payment

    In advance by SEPA bank transfer.

  5. Range

    85+ Korean brands and 2,700+ products in stock in Vienna.

Because you order single units, you can add a few S.NATURE products to a larger order of other brands, or build a full S.NATURE shelf, as long as the order reaches EUR 500. We do not send free samples, but single units within the EUR 500 minimum work well for testing a product in your store.

Payment, dispatch and delivery

After checkout, your invoice arrives by e-mail with the amount due, a payment reference and a QR code for your banking app. Pay within 5 business days, and we dispatch 1 to 2 working days after the payment arrives, as a tracked DPD parcel from Vienna.

Austria and Germany usually receive the parcel one or two working days after dispatch, the rest of the EU two to five. Shipping is charged by zone and parcel weight, and it is free from EUR 1,000. If you are planning a store launch for a fixed date, order at least two weeks ahead so the bank transfer and the delivery both fit comfortably.

If anything arrives damaged, missing or wrong, tell us when you book in the delivery, ideally with a photo, at hello@theglowtrade.com. We replace the item or credit it, with no claim forms.

EU compliance and labelling

Every cosmetic product sold in the EU needs an EU CPNP notification and an EU Responsible Person. The Glow Trade's stock is CPNP-registered and EU-labelled, with German particulars on every pack. Responsible Person and CPNP details per product are available on request.

Labels in your language are added free of charge on your first order, and Spanish labels are always free of charge. You may also sell the products on Amazon or other marketplaces, with no restriction from us. Amazon Transparency codes come only from the brand owner, so no wholesaler can supply them.
