For the first 1-2 weeks, apply 2-3 times per week to allow skin to adjust, using about 0.1 ml per concerned area. Once your skin has adapted, cleanse and tone first, then dispense an appropriate amount and gently massage over the face until absorbed, followed by moisturizer. Use only in your evening routine since retinol increases sun sensitivity, and always apply SPF in the morning. Avoid use on irritated or damaged skin.
