Because there is no minimum per brand, you can combine a few ROUND LAB cleansers and toners with products from other brands and still reach the EUR 500 minimum in a single order. Our ROUND LAB stock covers the core steps of a skincare routine, which makes it easy to build a complete shelf or a focused edit for your shop. The 35 products in stock break down as follows:

Trade terms

Our terms are the same for every trade buyer and are kept deliberately simple:

  1. Minimum order

    EUR 500 per order, mixed freely across brands.

  2. No minimum per brand

    Brands and single units can be mixed freely in one order. There are no case packs and no contract.

  3. Prices

    Net trade prices, visible on every product once your trade account is approved. Approval takes 1 to 2 working days.

  4. Payment

    Every order is paid in advance by SEPA bank transfer. Your invoice arrives by email after checkout with the amount due, a payment reference and a QR code for your banking app. Please pay within 5 business days.

  5. Samples

    We do not send free samples, but you can order single units within the EUR 500 minimum.

Shipping and delivery across the EU

We ship to all 27 EU countries as a tracked DPD parcel from Vienna. Orders are dispatched 1 to 2 working days after payment. Austria and Germany usually receive the parcel one or two working days later, the rest of the EU two to five. The shipping rate depends on the zone and the parcel weight, and shipping is free from EUR 1,000.

Planning a store launch? For a fixed launch date, order at least two weeks ahead so the bank transfer and the delivery both fit comfortably.

If something arrives damaged, missing or wrong, tell us when you book in the delivery, ideally with a photo, at hello@theglowtrade.com. We replace the item or credit it, with no claim forms.

EU compliance and labelling

Every cosmetic product sold in the EU needs an EU CPNP notification and an EU Responsible Person. Our ROUND LAB stock is CPNP registered and EU labelled, with German particulars on every pack. Responsible Person and CPNP details per product are available on request.

Labels in your language are added free of charge on your first order, and Spanish labels are always free of charge. You may also sell the products on Amazon or other marketplaces: there is no restriction from us. Amazon Transparency codes come only from the brand owner, so no wholesaler can supply them.
