Order terms for trade buyers

Our terms are simple and the same for every trade buyer in the EU:

  1. Minimum order

    EUR 500 per order.

  2. Free mixing

    Brands and single units can be mixed freely in one order, with no minimum per brand and no contract.

  3. No case packs

    You order single units, as long as the order reaches EUR 500.

  4. Prices

    Net trade prices, visible on every product after your trade account is approved. Approval takes 1 to 2 working days.

  5. Payment

    Every order is paid in advance by SEPA bank transfer.

After checkout your invoice arrives by e-mail with the amount due, a payment reference and a QR code for your banking app. Pay within 5 business days and we dispatch 1 to 2 working days after the payment arrives. With a valid EU VAT number, your invoice carries 0% Austrian VAT under the reverse charge, so please give your VAT number in the application.

We do not send free samples, but because there is no minimum per product, you can order single units of Esthetic House (CP-1) within the EUR 500 minimum to test the range.

Shipping across the EU from Vienna

We ship to all 27 EU countries as a tracked DPD parcel from Vienna. The shipping rate depends on your zone and the parcel weight, and shipping is free from EUR 1,000.

Orders are dispatched 1 to 2 working days after payment. Austria and Germany usually receive the parcel one or two working days later, the rest of the EU two to five. For a fixed launch date, order at least two weeks ahead so the bank transfer and the delivery both fit comfortably.

If something arrives damaged, missing or wrong, tell us when you book in the delivery, ideally with a photo, at hello@theglowtrade.com. We replace the item or credit it, with no claim forms.

EU compliance and labelling

Every cosmetic product sold in the EU needs an EU CPNP notification and an EU Responsible Person. The Glow Trade's stock is CPNP-registered and EU-labelled, with German particulars on every pack. Responsible Person and CPNP details per product are available on request.

Labels in your language are added free of charge on your first order, and Spanish labels are always free of charge. If you sell online, there is no restriction from us on Amazon or other marketplaces. Amazon Transparency codes come only from the brand owner, so no wholesaler can supply them.
