Korean skincare wholesale for concept stores: a buying guide for boutiques

We do not send free samples. Instead, you can order single units within the EUR 500 minimum. For a boutique, this is often the simplest way to try a wider range: a first order can include many different products in small quantities, and the next order can concentrate on the ones your customers ask for again.

We sell at net trade prices. These show on every product once your trade account is approved, and approval takes 1 to 2 working days. To get started, apply for a trade account and include your EU VAT number in the application. You can read the steps in detail on our how it works page.

With a valid EU VAT number, your invoice carries 0% Austrian VAT under the reverse charge. Please give your VAT number in the application so it appears correctly on every invoice. For questions about how this is handled in your own accounts, please speak to your tax adviser.

If your store is outside a German speaking market, labels in your language are added free of charge on your first order. Spanish labels are always free of charge. Tell us your language when you order and we will prepare the labels.

Many concept stores also run a web shop. You can sell the products online, including on Amazon or other marketplaces: there is no restriction from us. Please note that Amazon Transparency codes come only from the brand owner, so no wholesaler can supply them.

Every order is paid in advance by SEPA bank transfer. After checkout your invoice arrives by email with the amount due, a payment reference and a QR code for your banking app. Pay within 5 business days and we dispatch 1 to 2 working days after the payment arrives. We ship to all 27 EU countries as a tracked DPD parcel from Vienna. The shipping rate depends on the zone and the parcel weight, and shipping is free from EUR 1,000. Austria and Germany usually receive the parcel one or two working days after dispatch, the rest of the EU two to five.

Country specific information is available for every EU market, for example Germany, France, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands.

Concept stores often work towards a fixed date: an opening, a pop up, a seasonal window. For a fixed launch date, order at least two weeks ahead so the bank transfer and the delivery both fit comfortably. If something arrives damaged, missing or wrong, tell us when you book in the delivery, ideally with a photo, at hello@theglowtrade.com. We replace the item or credit it, with no claim forms.
