Korean skincare wholesale for online shops: a guide for resellers

Our prices are net trade prices, and they become visible on every product once your trade account is approved. Approval takes 1 to 2 working days. When you apply, please give your EU VAT number so your invoices can be issued correctly from the start.

Once approved, you build your order in the shop like any online checkout, mixing brands and single units until the order reaches EUR 500. A step by step walkthrough is on our how it works page.

With a valid EU VAT number, your invoice carries 0% Austrian VAT under the reverse charge. Please include your VAT number in the application. For questions about how the reverse charge is handled in your own VAT return, please speak to your tax adviser.

Every order is paid in advance by SEPA bank transfer. After checkout, your invoice arrives by email with the amount due, a payment reference and a QR code for your banking app. Pay within 5 business days, and we dispatch 1 to 2 working days after the payment arrives.

We ship to all 27 EU countries as a tracked DPD parcel from Vienna. The shipping rate depends on the zone and the parcel weight, and shipping is free from EUR 1,000. Full details are on our shipping and payment page.

For planning your stock levels:

• We dispatch 1 to 2 working days after payment.
• Austria and Germany usually receive the parcel one or two working days later.
• The rest of the EU usually receives it two to five working days later.
• For a fixed launch date, such as a new collection going live in your shop, order at least two weeks ahead so the bank transfer and the delivery both fit comfortably.

If something arrives damaged, missing or wrong, tell us when you book in the delivery, ideally with a photo, at hello@theglowtrade.com. We replace the item or credit it, with no claim forms.

Every cosmetic product sold in the EU needs an EU CPNP notification and an EU Responsible Person. The Glow Trade's stock is CPNP registered and EU labelled, with German particulars on every pack. Responsible Person and CPNP details per product are available on request, which is useful if a marketplace or customer asks you for documentation.

If you sell outside the German speaking market, labels in your language are added free of charge on your first order. Spanish labels are always free of charge.

There is no restriction from us on where you sell: your own web shop, Amazon or other marketplaces. One point to be aware of: Amazon Transparency codes come only from the brand owner, so no wholesaler can supply them. If a product on Amazon requires Transparency codes, please check this before you list it.

We do not send free samples. Because there is no minimum per brand or product, you can order single units of the items you want to test within the EUR 500 minimum, alongside your regular stock.
