Order terms for trade buyers

Our terms are the same for every brand we stock, and they are built for small and growing businesses as well as established stores.

  1. Minimum order

    EUR 500 per order, with no minimum per brand and no contract.

  2. Free mixing

    Brands and single units can be mixed freely in one order. There are no case packs or full cartons to buy.

  3. Prices

    Net trade prices show on every product once your trade account is approved. Approval takes 1 to 2 working days.

  4. Payment

    Every order is paid in advance by SEPA bank transfer. Your invoice arrives by email after checkout with the amount due, a payment reference and a QR code for your banking app. Please pay within 5 business days.

  5. VAT

    With a valid EU VAT number, your invoice carries 0% Austrian VAT under the reverse charge. Please give your VAT number in the application.

Shipping across the EU

We ship to all 27 EU countries as a tracked DPD parcel from Vienna. Orders are dispatched 1 to 2 working days after your payment arrives. Austria and Germany usually receive the parcel one or two working days later, the rest of the EU two to five working days later.

The shipping rate depends on your zone and the parcel weight. Shipping is free on orders from EUR 1,000. If you are planning a store launch on a fixed date, order at least two weeks ahead so that the bank transfer and the delivery both fit comfortably.

If anything arrives damaged, missing or wrong, tell us when you book in the delivery, ideally with a photo, at hello@theglowtrade.com. We replace the item or credit it, with no claim forms.

EU compliance and labels

Every cosmetic product sold in the EU needs a CPNP notification and an EU Responsible Person. Our stock is CPNP registered and labelled for the EU, with German particulars on every pack. Responsible Person and CPNP details for each product are available on request.

Labels in your language are added free of charge on your first order. Spanish labels are always free of charge.

You are free to sell the products in your store, on your own website or on marketplaces such as Amazon, with no restriction from us. Please note that Amazon Transparency codes come only from the brand owner, so no wholesaler can supply them.

We run our own Korean beauty stores in Vienna, so we buy, store and sell these products ourselves every day. All stock sits in our Vienna warehouse: what you see in the shop is what we pack and send. We do not send free samples, but you can order single units within the EUR 500 minimum to try a product before stocking it in depth.
