The minimum order is EUR 500 per order. Brands and single units can be mixed freely in one order, with no minimum per brand and no contract. There are no case packs and no full cartons to buy: you order single units, as long as the order reaches EUR 500. That makes it easy to test the 0.2 Therapy Air Mask line in several variants, or to combine ETUDE House with brands such as Medicube, Farmstay, SKIN1004, VT Cosmetics and MEDI-PEEL. We do not send free samples, but you can order single units within the EUR 500 minimum.

Net trade prices show on every product once your trade account is approved. Approval takes 1 to 2 working days.

Every order is paid in advance by SEPA bank transfer. Your invoice arrives by email after checkout with the amount due, a payment reference and a QR code for your banking app. Please pay within 5 business days.

With a valid EU VAT number, your invoice carries 0% Austrian VAT under the reverse charge. Please give your VAT number in your application.

Orders are dispatched 1 to 2 working days after payment as a tracked DPD parcel from Vienna. We ship to all 27 EU countries, and the shipping rate depends on zone and parcel weight. Shipping is free from EUR 1,000.

Austria and Germany usually receive the parcel one or two working days after dispatch, the rest of the EU two to five. For a fixed store launch date, order at least two weeks ahead so the bank transfer and the delivery both fit comfortably.

If something arrives damaged, missing or wrong, tell us when you book in the delivery, ideally with a photo, at hello@theglowtrade.com. We replace the item or credit it, with no claim forms.

Every cosmetic product sold in the EU needs a CPNP notification and an EU Responsible Person. Our ETUDE House stock is registered on CPNP and labelled for the EU, with German particulars on every pack. Responsible Person and CPNP details per product are available on request.

Labels in your language are added free of charge on your first order, and Spanish labels are always free of charge.

You may sell the products on Amazon or other marketplaces: there is no restriction from us. Amazon Transparency codes come only from the brand owner, so no wholesaler can supply them.
